Self-Value Tools
Self-Value TOOLKIT
Many of the difficulties we experience such as depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, and relationship conflicts are the result of not valuing ourselves.
We look outside ourselves for a sense of value and worth, and when it’s not reflected, or possibly what is reflected is negative, it can cause a tremendous amount of pain and suffering, for ourselves and the people we are in relationship with.
These are a set of tools to help you work on valuing yourself more, so you’re not as dependent on things outside yourself to feel good.
