I take a credit card on file in order to hold an initial appointment, and I charge the card on file twice a month, once on 15th and once on the last day of the month.

Can I Use My Insurance?

If you have out-of-network coverage or have an FSA/HSA account through your employer, a portion of my fee is typically reimbursed, once you’ve met your annual out-of-network deductible. I can give you a statement at the end of the month that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
